We were very pleased with our experience at Angel of Mercy. Our Great Pyrenees was up close and personal with a Porcupine and had Quills in her nose and muzzle. We could not get them out ourselves. We arrived at 11pm and they took her back around 11:50pm. Took about 15 minutes for them to get the Quills out and then the rest of the time was just recovering from being sedated. The staff there was very kind and thorough with us. They were also thoughtful of our budget and did not push what was not necessary. We even had to go back because we found another Quill deep inside her nose and they got it out with no extra charges. We were very grateful that they made this experience as smooth as possible. We would recommend them to anyone and definitely come back if needed.

In one of the scariest moments of my life the wonderful person, trying to respect pronouns and didn’t get a chance to ask them theirs, was absolutely calm and caring when they took my call. They were worry about me and my dog Autumn. When I got there they will friendly and once again so kind to me. This person had like highlighter hair and septum piercing. Absolutely calmed me. The rest of the staff was also kind and respectful. The vet himself had a calm demeanor but also managed to make me laugh and make me feel better about the whole situation. Even though the initial quote was way out of budget for me, they worked with me and still kept the quality of care the same. Absolutely appreciated everyone there.

Very thankful for this vet hospital and the amazing staff! We took a puppy we rescued, she had nausea, vomiting, and within a few hours the vet diagnosed her with tapeworms AND parvovirus. They were very helpful in answering all our questions and even went as far as to help us come up with a treatment plan that we could afford. The time that was taken to help us learn how to treat her at home saved our dogs life.
She is now 2 months past her treatments and she is such a sweet and healthy puppy.
We cannot express how grateful we are for the help we got at Angel of Mercy!

The staff here is caring and kind. Our dog was very sick and we made the extremely tough decision to put him to sleep. The staff here was very compassionate during this process. After, they mailed us a sympathy card and even a paw print from our beloved dog. If I ever need anything in the evening/weekends for my other fur babies this is where I will go. The technician that helped us, Faith, was the absolute best. On one of the worst nights of my life she managed to make me still smile.

What a unique service this place is. Took my daughters little rabbit to get cremated since it was her covid pet and she grew really close to him. Takes a sec to get back but, the daughter was so happy and loved the fact she had him back and could keep him with her in her room. They are open during the night which is when most of these kinda things happen or at least after working hours so theres no panic happening to figure out what to do with the remains late at night. They also are a full veterinarian clinic so late night troubles with pets can be addressed also. Cant say enough good things about this place. She now has a something to always remember this little guy.
